Salary : $115,000 - $135,000 per year + Benefits

The Role : Be the Driving Force Behind Every Build

As a Commercial Construction Project Manager , you will own your projects from start to finish. You'll work alongside a dedicated team of Site Superintendents, subcontractors, and clients to ensure every project is on time, on budget, and of the highest quality.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee Site Superintendents and drive project schedules for on-time completion
  • Keep projects on budget while delivering top-notch quality
  • Manage client relationships —be their trusted advisor and problem solver
  • Handle buyouts, purchase orders, and change orders with precision
  • Control project schedules daily and weekly to anticipate and adjust to project conditions
  • Oversee billings and financials—because great work deserves great value
  • Coordinate all activities from the ground up —from dirt to doors
  • Travel to job sites to ensure progress, meet with clients, and keep the vision on track

What You Need to Succeed

  • 5+ years of commercial construction experience (Project Management)
  • A proven ability to keep projects on schedule and on budget
  • A deep understanding of quality control, scheduling, and financials
  • Strong leadership and communication skills—you'll be the one making things happen
  • Willingness to travel nationwide to oversee projects firsthand
