Product Manager
The Marketing Production Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the production of print marketing collateral and in-store materials from conception to completion. It also helps develop and maintain brand identity as it relates to marketing production to create a better brand and customer experience. Lastly, it will help establish efficiency and cost management systems.
The goal is to ensure marketing is meeting the needs of internal leadership, retail branches, and commercial teams, while being innovative and cost effective in our marketing efforts.
Duties
- Plan, launch, and oversee all print materials needed for product launches, in-store marketing, new store marketing, and tradeshows
- Partner and collaborate with Marketing Heads, Sales, Product Managers, and various departments to implement marketing campaigns and product launch
- Develop relationships with Branch Managers to help educate them on Marketing Processes
- Monitor all print marketing requests and designs to ensure brand consistency
- Provide project details and manage timelines for designers
- Help establish and maintain department budgets
- Manage print vendors and ensure costs are falling within budget
- Place purchase orders for marketing and work purchasing, sample department and accounts payable for billing and receiving
- Support in-house copy editing and content development
- Organize and coordinate photo shoots for quarterly launches
- Help develop new marketing solutions and create efficiencies in production campaigns based on needs in the market
Minimum Qualifications
BA in Marketing, Business or related field5-7 years of experience developing marketing assetsStrong analytical and project management skills with a passion for driving resultsAbility to make the transition from strategic thinking (conceptual and planning) to execution to achieve the tactical objectivesAbility to analyze cost and manage marketing budgetsStrong team building skillsCreative problem-solving abilitiesSuperior written and verbal communication skills with proven abilities in writing creative briefsKnowledge of Asana, Google Docs, or other project management toolsKnowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and InDesign, and Microsoft OfficeBedrosians is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
