• Team Coordination : Collaborate with the Multidisciplinary Team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Task Delegation : Appropriately delegate tasks to optimize team efficiency.
• Resource Identification : Identify and utilize hospital resources effectively.
• Clinical Mentorship : Serve as a clinical resource for new employees, fostering a supportive learning environment.
• Leadership : Demonstrate positive leadership within your unit or department.
• Flexibility : Be prepared to work at four metro hospital entities as required for Tier 3 roles.
