• Education Qualification :
• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Years of Experience Requirement :
• Five years of related experience with the Federal Government or DoD is required.
• Certification Qualification :
• Microsoft Power Platform, BI, Automate certifications are preferred
• Clearance :
• Department of Defense Secret clearance is required.
• Experience, Skills and Responsibilities :
• Build and run Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse, SharePoint) that turn multi-system data into reliable apps, automated workflows, and executive-grade analytics.
• Experience in transforming raw project data into smart Power BI dashboards that help teams make better decisions
• The ability to design and deploy interactive Power BI dashboards that track KPIs like cost, schedule, safety, and quality across large portfolios.
• Pull data from different platforms and move into one unified view.
• Support program, management assignments, from planning through delivery.
• Translate complex data into clean, intuitive visuals and reports that executives, PMs, and staff can all use with confidence.
• Train colleagues and clients on how to read dashboards, understand the story the data is telling, and apply insights in real time.
• Support the rollout of new BI tools, develop reporting standards, and help teams embrace smarter, faster ways of working.
• Use Power BI, data modeling, automated refresh pipelines to create user friendly interfaces
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for making data approachable.
• Experience presenting to executives and mentoring teams.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-project environment.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $140,000.00 per year
