Location : Chick-fil-A Glenwood

Availability : 5 : 00 AM - 3 : 00 PM or 3 : 00 PM -11 : 00 PM

Position Type : Full-Time / Part-Time

Pay Range : $11-$15

Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities :

  • Food Preparation : Assist in preparing ingredients and cooking menu items according to Chick-fil-A standards.
  • Cleaning & Organization : Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including dishwashing and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Team Collaboration : Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Guest Engagement : Honor the values of Chick-fil-A by creating emotional connections with guests, even from the back of house.

Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests.
  • Open to a flexible schedule, including weekends.
  • Ability to lift and carry 55 lbs.
  • Strong accountability and reliability.

  • Prior kitchen experience is preferred but not necessary. We provide training!
