Position Overview

The Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations within the facility, ensuring that all equipment and systems are functioning optimally. This role requires a strong understanding of ammonia refrigeration systems, as well as experience in the food industry to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to ensure the reliability and efficiency of equipment and systems.
• Supervise the maintenance team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective performance.
• Conduct regular inspections of equipment, identifying and addressing maintenance issues promptly.
• Manage maintenance budgets and control costs related to maintenance operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, particularly in relation to ammonia and food safety.
• Coordinate with other departments to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and prepare reports for management.
