The Role

As the Lead Associate Gift Processing youll be integral to our work in helping vulnerable children achieve a brighter future. Youll be part of a dedicated team responsible for the timely and accurate processing of donations ensuring that every gift is recorded in our donor database with precision and in alignment with donor intent.

In this role you will serve as a subject matter expert on day-to-day system operations and support the Advisors by backfilling assorted revenue processing and reconciling tasks. This role will also collaborate closely with the Senior Director to drive operational efficiency and enhance the overall donor experience.

This is a position with an end date of February 2027.

What Youll Be Doing (Essential Duties)

Revenue processing and reconciling (50%)

I n-Office weekly check deposits (15%)

Audit Support (10%)

Training / Knowledge Sharing (15%)

Perform other revenue processing duties and back up team as needed (10%)

The salary ranges listed above are for US based candidates. For candidates located outside of the US salary ranges will be based on the salary scales of the local employer of record.
