We're currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our operations team and help coordinate safe, efficient transportation across our fleet.

Job Summary

As a Dispatcher, you'll be the central point of communication between drivers, clients, and operations. You'll schedule trips, assign vehicles, monitor routes, and respond to real-time issues to ensure smooth service delivery. This role requires strong multitasking skills, clear communication, and a calm approach under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch drivers for charter, shuttle, and contract services
• Assign vehicles based on availability, trip requirements, and driver qualifications
• Monitor routes, traffic, and weather conditions to adjust plans as needed
• Communicate clearly with drivers regarding trip details, changes, and emergencies
• Maintain accurate records of trip logs, driver hours, and vehicle usage
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and service issues
• Coordinate with maintenance staff regarding vehicle readiness and repairs
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company policies
