Our Field Sales Representatives earn between $36,000 and $132,000 in commission annually for meeting Tier 1-3 sales goals. High to elite sellers (Tiers 4-5) earn between $132,000 and $360,000+ per year with uncapped commission opportunities. Earnings depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education / training. At Chipr, earnings grow with skills and dedication. Some new hires quickly reach higher tiers, while others progress steadily over time. Your success depends on your experience and commitment to learning and hard work.
