A well-respected local home builder is seeking a skilled Warranty Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for construction professionals with 3+ years of residential experience who take pride in delivering exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.

As the Warranty Manager, you'll serve as the bridge between clients, subcontractors, and the construction teamensuring warranty issues are handled quickly, efficiently, and with a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage the entire warranty process, from initial claim to resolution
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and trade partners
• Conduct site visits, evaluate concerns, and coordinate repairs as needed
• Keep accurate and organized records of all warranty activity
• Partner with construction and customer care teams to drive quality improvements

Qualifications :

This opportunity offers a competitive salary of $70,000$100,000 plus full benefits.
