Are you a Master’s Level Social Worker or Counselor looking to make a meaningful impact in the lives of youth and families? Are you passionate about providing quality, effective care? If so, Lorenzi Health LLC wants YOU to join our team as an In-Home Therapist (IHT) in Central MA! We have full-time and part-time positions available.
We’re especially excited to welcome fully bilingual Spanish-speaking professionals who can confidently read, write, and speak Spanish to better serve our diverse community! Not bilingual? No worries — we’re always looking to grow our Lorenzi Health family with passionate and dedicated team members from all backgrounds!

- Base Salary : Our clinicians earn $63,000 per year with a weekly productivity expectation of only 28 billable hours!
- Lucrative Overproductivity Bonus : Want to earn more? You’ll receive $45 for every billable hour beyond the weekly minimum.

Requirements :
Must have a Master’s degree in the human services field (able to diagnose)Must be license eligible or independently licensedMust be MA CANS certified (before start date)Ability to respond to written and verbal communication in a clear, timely, respectful, and effective mannerEngage youth and families in family therapy, assess and diagnose with DSM-5 diagnoses, and be able to educate families and other team members on diagnoses and clinical needs as indicatedMust value and demonstrate the ability to work with individuals of various backgrounds, be able to explore family culture, and lead discussions about cultural differences and how they may impact the workUtilize agency technology in order to complete documentsProficient with Google WorkspaceProven ability to work both independently and as part of a teamMust have reliable transportation to transport to and within our catchment areaApproved CORI checkPreferred Skills & Qualifications :
At least one year of experience working with youth with mental health needsKnowledge of mental health diagnoses, community resources, and child / family-serving systemsBilingual (Spanish speaking, reading and writing)Work Location : Hybrid (In person / Remote)
