Journeyman Electrician

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in commercial and industrial settings
• Perform electrical wiring, conduit bending, and installation of fixtures
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and determine the best course of action for repairs
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams to ensure accurate installation
• Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete projects on time and within budget
• Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
• Experience :
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including high voltage and low voltage applications
• Proficient in using power tools and electrical testing equipment
• Experience with industrial electrical work, including working with logic controllers
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams accurately
• Familiarity with building codes and regulations related to electrical installations
• Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve electrical issues efficiently
• Skills :
• Electrical expertise in commercial and industrial settings
• Proficiency in various electrical tasks, including wiring, conduit bending, and fixture installation
• Knowledge of high voltage systems and low voltage applications
• Experience working with power tools and electrical testing equipment
• Familiarity with logic controllers used in industrial settings
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints accurately for proper installation
• Strong understanding of building codes and regulations related to electrical work
