Key Responsibilities

As a Registered Nurse, your role will focus on :

• Clinical Excellence : Promote evidence-based practices through the nursing process, protocols, and procedures.
• Assess patient status through interviews, observations, and physical assessments.
• Develop individualized care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
• Implement appropriate interventions to achieve expected patient outcomes.
• Evaluate and document patient progress consistently throughout your shift.
• Modify care plans based on ongoing evaluations and changes in patient conditions.
• Complete necessary documentation, including patient charts and event reports.
• Demonstrate accountability for your practice and seek continuous self-development.
• Maintain technical knowledge of equipment and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Promote professional development for yourself and your team members.
• Share your clinical knowledge through informal teaching and mentorship.
• Ensure patient safety through appropriate handling and use of lift equipment.
• Perform bedside lab testing and maintain compliance with hospital procedures.

Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you will need :

Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 1 year (AHA)

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $33.32 - $57.31 per hour . This range reflects our commitment to fair compensation based on experience, qualifications, and other factors. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and career growth.
