About Us

Bambini Montessori Academy is a Montessori-based early childhood education center serving children from infancy through age five. We provide a warm nurturing and stimulating environment that supports independence creativity and growth.

Were looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our daily operations support our team and ensure compliance with all MSDE and OCC regulations.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of the center including staffing enrollment and licensing compliance

Supervise train and evaluate teachers and staff

Maintain positive professional communication with families and staff

Ensure classrooms align with the Montessori philosophy and meet MSDE standards

Oversee health safety and record-keeping practices

Collaborate on budgeting program development and center growth initiatives

Implement and improve operational systems for efficiency and quality

Qualifications (per MSDE / OCC requirements)

MSDE Director Qualification (required)

Education :

Bachelors or Associate degree in Early Childhood Education Child Development or related field OR

90-hour Preschool Certification 45-hour Director / Admin Course 3 years of child care experience

Certifications : CPR / First Aid Basic Health & Safety and 9-Hour Communication Course

Must pass a background check and medical clearance

Strong leadership organizational and communication skills
