Seeking a seasoned Content Editor to create clear, compelling presentations and documentation that translate complex engineering concepts for diverse audiences. The role demands expertise in executive-level content creation, including visual storytelling through PowerPoint, Excel, and graphic design. Candidates should have 7+ years of experience in content strategy, editing, or UX, with a strong portfolio. Ideal applicants excel in simplifying technical material, managing multiple priorities independently, and adapting content across mediums. Experience in hardware product environments and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite are highly valued.

Benefits and compensation : Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision plans, sick time, PTO, holidays and 401(K). Pay : $55-$60 / hour + 1.5x overtime. 6 month contract with likely extensions. Onsite in the Santa Clara Office.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in a creative / design field or equivalent experience

7+ years in content strategy, editing, UX, or related roles (portfolio required)

Expertise in PowerPoint, Excel, charts, and graphics

Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Experience with hardware products

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Background in technical hardware product environments

Experience creating content for executives at top global companies

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and web-based content creation

MOS Certifications are a plus
