Psychiatric - Mental Health Physician

Permanent / Direct Hire Psychiatrist - Southern Ohio (location is less than 90 miles from Columbus, OH, Cincinnati, OH, and Frankfort KY)

Required : BE / BC Psychiatrist

Salary : $255,580 - $303,500 Base Salary (5% less if not yet BC)

Malpractice Insurance

Health Insurance (provider pays small premium)

Liquidated Damages : 70 mile / 2 year non-compete clause or liquidated damages of one year salary

Bonus Incentives : up to 30% of salary

Medical School Loan Repayment : up to $200,00 ($25,000 per year for each year of service)

Sign on Bonus : 15% of base salary up to $100,000 (paid when contract signed and forgiven over 2-5 years

Residency Stipend : up to $25,000 for 2 year service commitment

Work Schedule :

Monday - Thursday 8am - 5pm

Friday 8am - 2pm

Support Staff :

• 1 PT Psychiatrist
• 5 CNPs
• 3 LISWs
• 1 LPCC
• 1 Nurse, 2.5 MOAs

Case Load : 12-16 patients / day

Additional Responsibilities : Clinical case reviews, psychiatric grand rounds

Teaching Opportunities : Medical Students, Residents, and Advanced Practitioner trainees
