What You’ll Do : Be the Heart of the Mission

Handle inbound calls from donors with exceptional patience and genuine warmth.

Clearly articulate the non-profit's mission details and success stories, fostering a stronger donor connection.

Securely process donations and manage sensitive donor information with meticulous care.

Resolve inquiries efficiently, turning questions into opportunities to strengthen donor loyalty.

Requirements (Empathy & Experience)

High school diploma or GED required.

Previous professional experience in a call center or high-touch customer service environment.

Outstanding interpersonal and active listening skills.

Commitment to maintaining a reliable, professional, and quiet remote workspace.

Technical & Compensation Details

Mandatory Equipment : Reliable Windows 11 PC, professional USB headset, and a stable, wired internet connection .

Pay Structure : Starting rate is $12–$15 / hour . Qualified agents who pass the required background check earn $17.99 / hour .

Eligibility : U.S. residents only. Exclusions : CA, DE, LA, MA, SD, VT, WA, WV, WY.
