Job Summary :

The MRI Technician is responsible for performing high-quality magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) procedures, ensuring patient safety and comfort while adhering to professional and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare and position patients accurately to obtain optimal imaging results.
• Select anatomic and technical parameters appropriate for MRI scans.
• Conduct patient pre-screening, scheduling, and education regarding procedures.
• Enter, monitor, and manage patient data while ensuring image quality and proper documentation.
• Transfer images to PACS system, verifying lead markers and patient history.
• Maintain radiation safety protocols and follow all compliance guidelines.
• Conduct routine equipment maintenance and report any malfunctions.
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the department, including procedure rooms, storage areas, and dressing rooms.
