Job descriptionAs an Unit Manager (RN), you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing and wound care departments. You will supervise activities performed by the nurses in your nursing home. You will be responsible for the quality and speed of care by your nursing staffs. You will develop and maintain a positive working rapport with all team members. Bachelor's degree or higher, Master's preferred. A valid, current nursing license in Illinois. Current CPR certification. At least three years experience as a nursing manager or supervisor in long term care.
