Project Manager Commercial Construction
A well-established and financially strong Commercial Construction firm in the area is seeking a Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of commercial construction projects across industrial, office, retail, multifamily, and hospitality sectors. This role requires a motivated, detail-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to safety, quality, and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with estimating during preconstruction
- Interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Mentor Assistant Project Managers and Coordinators
- Manage subcontractor procurement and contracts
- Resolve technical issues and RFIs
- Oversee project documentation, billings, and cost forecasting
- Lead scheduling and progress tracking
- Ensure quality assurance and safety compliance
