Job descriptionMedical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution. Board Certified / Eligible in Emergency Medicine, OR Board Certified / Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with ATLS. Proficiency in Spanish preferred but not required. Active medical license or eligible to become licensed in New Mexico. Authorized to work in the United States. New graduates are encouraged to apply. This role is for a nocturnist who will be covering the night shift We offer an array of flexible scheduling options, including 12-hour shifts and consecutive days, allowing for extended free time. Our emergency department provides single doctor coverage with an APP from 11 am to 11 pm. Provide top-quality patient care to a rural emergency department with 12 beds in an open ICU setting, seeing 16,650 patients annually. Foster collaboration and support among team members. Emphasize proper, careful, and safe patient treatment as a core focus. Utilize advanced medical technology and handle transfers through the Convenant Transfer Center. Compensation : Shifts offered at $295 / hour with a minimum of 120 hours monthly for full-time 1099 status.
