About The Position

Job Title : X-Ray Tech

Hours per Shift : 8 hours (08 : 00 - 16 : 30)

Experience : Minimum 1 year of experience required

License : Valid ARRT license required

Certifications : ARRT R, BLS

Description :

The position involves performing routine radiology exams and fluoroscopy exams.

Exams will be conducted both in the imaging department and during surgical procedures.

Portable X-ray and C-Arm use are also required.

The technician will be responsible for preparing and administering contrast media.

The expected patient ratio is 1 : 1.

The schedule will cover Monday through Friday from 08 : 00 to 16 : 30.

The position requires 2-4 days of call per month.

Weekend work is not required.

Travelers may need to float between facilities.

A vehicle is required for this assignment.

Specific charting experience with EPIC is required.

A commitment to working 3 out of the 5 major holidays is expected.

References must be provided in line with compliance processes.

The daily census is approximately 10-30 exams.

Interdisciplinary support includes various medical teams.
