Job descriptionPatient Demographics : Adults Patient Volume / Census : TBD Admissions : Yes Rounding : Included Phone Consults : Yes Case Mix : General Hospitalist cases No. of Beds in Department : TBD Office Equipment Available : TBD Specialty Backup Available : Yes Support Staff Available : Physicians and APPs Reason for Coverage : Coverage Hospital Privileges Required : Yes Credentialing Timeline : TBD Rate : Daily OT after 12 hours (based on differential); Weekly OT after 168 hours (based on fixed) Travel, Lodging, and Malpractice Insurance : Covered Licenses : Active Texas State NP License and RN License Board : Board Certified in Family Practice (AANP or ANCC) DEA : Active DEA with Texas address Certifications : ACLS, PALS, CME within past 2 years, immunization records (TB, Flu, Hep B, MMR, Varicella) Experience : Case logs from the past 2 years Other Qualifications : Copies of all education and training diplomas, SS card, driver's license, color photo, telehealth experience not required Provide hospitalist coverage as a Nurse Practitioner with flexible scheduling Manage admissions, rounding, and phone consults Ensure timely patient care and documentation Collaborate with physicians and specialty backup teams Comply with credentialing, immunization, and licensing requirements
