The Product Technician 3 is responsible for operating production machinery in accordance with established procedures and guidelines to produce products based on the specifications outline in the Job Book

The Product Technician 3 is expected to :

• Produce products that meet MICRO’s quality standards and customer specifications consistently

Machine Operation 60%

Product Inspection and Nonconformance Process 40%

This position has no talent management responsibilities.

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; use hands to touch, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk and hear. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.

The employee is frequently exposed to risk of electrical shock and odors, dusts, mists, fumes and / or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and / or humid conditions.

The noise level in the work environment varies from moderate to loud, based on the department / work area.
