Eleven 35 is hiring a hands-on, experienced Building Facilities Maintenance & Repair Technician to perform day-to-day maintenance and repair tasks across our warehouse facility. This position is ideal for someone with a construction background who enjoys a variety of work and takes pride in keeping facilities functional, safe, and in top condition. Youll handle everything from drywall and framing to leaks and paint touch-upsmaking you a vital part of our building operations team.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general construction-related repairs, including drywall, framing, painting, and leak fixes.

Troubleshoot and resolve common maintenance issues around the facility.

Conduct regular inspections to identify areas in need of repair or preventative maintenance.

Complete woodwork repairs and light carpentry tasks.

Maintain cleanliness and safety of maintenance areas and job sites.

Communicate with management about maintenance needs and project progress.

Assist with setup and teardown for small improvement projects.

Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.

Perform other duties as assigned to support building upkeep and operations.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in construction or building maintenance.

High school diploma or GED preferred.

Strong skills in general construction repairespecially drywall, leaks, painting, and framing.

Hands-on knowledge of tools, building materials, and repair techniques.

Positive attitude, loyalty, and a willingness to be a long-term team member.

Reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

No specific certifications required.
