Responsibilities

  • Provide personalized support and assistance to prospective and current clients, meeting their insurance needs and helping them understand our products better.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, ensuring targets and goals are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Explain insurance options and financial services to clients to help them make informed decisions about their insurance coverage.
  • Coordinate renewals of existing clients' policies, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and submitted timely.
  • Participate actively in community events and networking opportunities to further relationships and gain potential clients.
  • Remain knowledgeable on current industry developments and products to provide the latest advice to clients.

Requirements

  • Active insurance sales license preferred. If you do not have a current active license, one must be obtained within 90 days of employment.
  • Previous experience in insurance sales or financial services is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to assess client needs and develop suitable solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Capable of working effectively with team members and building lasting client relationships.
  • Competence in using CRM software and other relevant tools for client management.
  • Familiarity with the Paris, Illinois area considered a benefit.
