Member Service Associate

Essential Functions

Sales & Service

Provide exceptional member service to all Members volunteers internal employees and service providers.

Explain products and services to Members to meet their needs. Cross-sells RCU RCU Investment Services RCU Insurance Services and RCU Auto Services products and services.

Establish basic products and services for Members.

Provide information to Members questions or directs them to the appropriate person or department for assistance.

Safeguard Member information and ensure confidentiality by following established policy and procedures.

Transactions

Complete Members transactions accurately and efficiently using established policies and procedures.

Balance cash checks and maintain proper documentation.

Teamwork and Other Functions

Attend and contribute to departmental meetings.

Perform branch opening and closing duties.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Complete orders for Credit Union forms and supplies.

Participate in Credit Union committees.
