Job descriptionMonday-Friday, 1pm-9 : 30pm (every other weekend) Qualifications : Bachelors in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited program Active Massachusetts Pharmacist license (MA PHARM) 1-2 years of hospital pharmacy experience preferred Knowledge of IV admixture and chemotherapy preparation helpful Must be able to work independently and supervise support personnel Why Pittsfield, MA? We are seeking a dedicated Staff Pharmacist for an established medical center in the region of Massachusetts.
This full-time, on-site evening shift role (1 :
- 00 PM to 9 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday) also includes working every other weekend.
- The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate medication verification and preparation, support safe medication practices, and provide pharmaceutical care and information to healthcare providers and patients.
- You'll collaborate with medical staff across various departments, oversee pharmacy support personnel, and contribute to a positive patient care experience.
Familiarity with automated medication dispensing systems is important, and knowledge of IV admixture and chemotherapy preparation is a plus. Schedule :
