JK Executive Strategies is proud to partner with a multi-site daycare center in search of a Managing Director to join its team! This growing organization of early childhood education centers is dedicated to providing exceptional care and learning experiences for children. The group is seeking a strategic and hands-on Managing Director to oversee operations and drive excellence across multiple locations while successfully operating within the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) framework.

The Managing Director will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for the strategic oversight and day-to-day operations of all centers. The Managing Director will ensure operational consistency, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and a culture of excellence across multiple sites. This role requires a leader who is both visionary and detail-oriented, with proven experience scaling operations in a mission-driven, service-focused organization.
