Responsibilities and Duties
Deliver professional anesthetic services for operating room surgical cases and other procedures as neededRespond to emergency situations requiring anesthetic care in any area of the facilityConsult and collaborate with surgical and anesthesia staff on patient care mattersEnsure patients receive appropriate and effective anesthetic managementReview and maintain accurate clinical records in accordance with documentation protocolsComplete all patient documentation prior to shift completion and resolve any delinquent charts before contract endAdhere to quality assurance standards under the supervision of the Chief of Anesthesia or designeeUtilize electronic health records for all patient documentationFollow technical direction and guidance as provided by designated officialsAdditional Information
Must be a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist with a minimum of 52 weeks of relevant experienceRequired certifications : Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)Must be licensed to practice in any stateBenefits
