Job descriptionKey Responsibilities : Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing. Ensure all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards set by management. Protect and care for equipment and ensure that there are no inadequacies or damages. Notify superiors of any damages, deficits, and disturbances within the facility. Deal with reasonable requests with professionalism and patience. Comply with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe work environment. Replenish and manage stocks and supplies, ensuring they are readily available for use. Collaborate with other housekeeping staff and report necessary repairs and maintenance issues. Qualifications : Prior experience as a Housekeeper or a similar role is preferred but not required. Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high standard of cleanliness. Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Physical stamina and mobility are necessary to carry out duties. Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
