Job Description

We are trying to find Media Designer to join our Marketing team. You will report to the Communications Manager and be responsible for promoting Blum products and services to our sales team, kitchen & bath designers, Blum customers and the general public by creating literature and marketing materials.

Job Responsibilities

• Create, design and develop graphics and other materials for trade shows, events, customer activities, etc.
• Works collaboratively with marketing associates to produce marketing materials as requested
• Manage projects from concept to print
• Organize, maintain and archive hard copy material and electronic files according to department procedures
• Conduct editing and consistency checks for style and formatting accuracy
• Create and maintain internal branding and marketing materials
• Maintain productive relationships with all printer and vendor suppliers
• Possess the ability to adjust between technical and creative projects as required
• Technical – Experience using Adobe Creative Suite software with proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop and Acrobat
• Technical – Proficient in Microsoft applications and strong computer skills
• Trustworthy – Experience working with proprietary materials a plus
• Time Management – Strong organizational and time management skills and an ability to establish priorities
• Openness – Enjoy learning the various technical specifications of a diverse product offering
• Openness – Ability and willingness to learn new software
• Self-structure – Ability to work independently and with others in a team atmosphere
