Who We’re Looking For
Roofworx is searching for a highly motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic candidate ready to grow with us as a part of our fast-growing team.

Key Responsibilities
Provide on-site roof inspections, detailed estimates, and educate customers on roofing options while addressing concerns and closing sales.
Maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Prepare sales presentations and proposals to effectively communicate product features and benefits.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and delivering timely solutions.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas.
Requirements
2-3 years of experience in the sales industry.
Ability to analyze customer needs and find effective solutions.
Proactive and organized, able to handle 5-10 leads a day and manage a personal sales pipeline without needing micromanagement.
Comfortable using software to gather estimates, track leads, and stay organized.
Hungry for success and thriving in a results-driven environment.
Passionate about selling high-quality roofing solutions and closing deals quickly.
