Job Title : Business Analyst (UML, Visio, Azure DevOps Social Services Domain)

Location : Albany, NY (Hybrid)

We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience analyzing and documenting detailed business requirements and developing comprehensive use cases.
• Proficient in creating use case and activity diagrams utilizing UML methodologies and Microsoft Visio.
• Skilled in designing and developing Graphical User Interfaces (GUI) for system development projects.
• Experience facilitating Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions and presenting system documentation to both technical teams and business users.
• Hands-on experience testing software modules using Team Foundation Server (TFS) and / or Azure DevOps, including defect logging, user acceptance testing (UAT), and authoring test plans, cases, and scenarios.
• Proven ability to work independently while also mentoring and guiding team members.
• Experience working on projects related to social services programs, such as Food Stamps / SNAP, Medicaid, HEAP, TANF, or government accounting systems.
