The Hospitality Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high level of customer service, and maintaining financial performance. This role requires strong leadership, organizational skills, and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities

Manage all aspects of restaurant operations including staffing, scheduling, and inventory management.

Ensure high standards of cleanliness and food safety are maintained.

Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer traffic and revenue.

Train and supervise staff to provide excellent customer service.

Prepare and manage the restaurants budget, including forecasting and financial reporting.

Qualifications
