Job Description
Design and implement health and wellness benefit programs that align with company goals. Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries. Analyze and evaluate current benefit plans and propose improvements as necessary. Remain up-to-date and compliant with US health & welfare laws ERISA, PPACA, COBA, HIPAA, FMLA, etc. Monitor compliance and handle external / internal audits. Monitor benefit utilization and provide insights to improve employee engagement. Maintain accurate records of employee benefits and ensure timely processing of claims. Provide training and support for HR teams on benefits-related matters.
