Quality Technician – 1st Shift (Hampshire, IL)

Are you an experienced Quality Technician who enjoys hands-on lab work and following clear procedures? We are hiring a Quality Technician for a well-established company in the nutritional manufacturing industry. The right fit is someone who is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a laboratory production environment.

This company manufactures high-quality flavor additives used in animal nutrition and offers a supportive workplace with long-term stability. You will join a dedicated analytical lab team working closely with production and quality teams.

Short-term project with the opportunity to be hired on — Full Time

Quality Technician Job Duties

Receive, label, and prepare production samples for analysis.

Perform routine quality control testing using standard lab instruments.

Record results and maintain accurate data in the Laboratory Management System.

Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment and follow all SOPs.

Communicate test results and quality concerns with production and quality teams.

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 7 : 30 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. (1st Shift)

Pay

$16.00–$18.00 per hour based on experience

Quality Technician Requirements

2–3 years of Quality Control experience in a production or manufacturing environment

Experience with GMPs preferred

Basic data entry and computer skills (Microsoft Office)

Comfortable standing for full shifts and working in strong-smelling environments
