Accountabilities

• Manage marketing automation platforms, including campaign setup, program templates, and database management.
• Integrate systems such as Marketo, Salesforce, and analytics tools to ensure accurate data flow and reporting.
• Develop dashboards and performance reports to monitor marketing effectiveness across web, social, paid, and email channels.
• Conduct QA on campaign assets, tracking codes, UTMs, and tags to ensure error-free launches.
• Maintain data hygiene, segmentation, and compliance within marketing databases.
• Document processes, create playbooks, and provide operational support to digital channel managers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaigns, analyze results, and drive scalable solutions.
