Mental Health Therapist

We’re reimagining mental health care for kids and teens through engaging virtual therapy spaces like a cozy campfire or quiet park, and in-person rooms designed for comfort, creativity, and connection.

Plutonic is seeking a licensed therapist passionate about working with adolescents and families with a strong interest in play therapy and innovative care models. This is a contractor role with competitive session pay ($65–$85 / hr) and the opportunity to grow into a full-time position as your caseload expands.

We provide both traditional therapy and tech-enabled services through Plutonic’s immersive, browser-based virtual therapy spaces built for Pre-teens, teens and young adults. Whether online or in person, our mission is to deliver therapy that feels safe, flexible, and affirming.

Therapists can see clients remotely and / or use our company-provided office space for in-person sessions at no cost. We market you, train you on our platform, and connect you with clients who are the best fit for your expertise.

Responsibilities

• Deliver therapy services to children, teens, and families, incorporating  play therapy  and other child-focused approaches.
• Provide both virtual sessions using Plutonic’s platform and optional in-person sessions.
• Conduct clinical assessments, treatment planning, and individualized therapy.
• Offer counseling for individuals, families, and groups as needed.
• Use evidence-based therapeutic techniques to address behavioral health needs.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and community providers for comprehensive care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
• Follow ethical guidelines and HIPAA standards.
