ENT, OB / GYN, Plastics, Podiatry, GI, Ortho-Spine, Neuro, Vascular, Thoracic, Robotics -Please specify years of exp in each specialty in notes References-2 recent refs in this specialty from Charge / Manager RN Skills Checklist matching specialty Drivers licenses with address that matches demographics Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission Licenses verification RTO MUST be included at time of submission EMR Exp Preferred but not required Cerner- experience Current Certifications required- BLS, ACLS, NH State License, Preferred Certifications- BLS, ACLS, PALS Floating- Not to other departments only within the OR.
