Manager Private Equity Fund Accounting

As a senior manager on our fund administration team youll work directly with leading private equity clients supporting fund operations financial reporting and investor communications under the guidance of our experienced team. Youll oversee client deliverables review complex fund calculations and financials manage audits train junior staff and drive process improvements across multiple engagements.

What youll do

• Youll lead client relationships across multiple Private Equity funds ensuring expectations are met and timelines are followed.
• Youll apply your understanding of limited partnership agreements to fund operations reporting and investor communications.
• Youll prepare and review key financial components like journal entries capital calls distributions and performance metrics such as IRR.
• Youll manage audits tax requests and financial statement reviews while continuously improving operational processes.
• Youll prioritize tasks respond to client requests and train junior team members to support team development and efficiency.
