Job Title : Material Maintenance Trainer

Location : Remote

Pay Rate : $29 / hour

Schedule : Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Dean's Professional Services is actively seeking a Material Maintenance Trainer to join our team. This role is responsible for delivering entry-level material maintenance training and supporting curriculum development to meet organizational needs. The ideal candidate will bring strong facilitation skills, organizational ability, and a commitment to professional development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver training sessions using adult learning principles.
  • Teach classes independently and assist other instructors.
  • Utilize standardized courses and instructor evaluation processes.
  • Contribute to annual training needs assessments.
  • Track competencies and staff skills in a training database.
  • Provide training reports to managers and directors.
  • Adhere to the organization's Code of Conduct, Mission, and Values.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Associate's Degree required (equivalent work experience may substitute).
  • At least 1 year of material maintenance experience.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven organizational and time management ability.
