Job Title : Manufacturing Production Associate

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Manufacturing Production Associate to join our production team. This role primarily involves operating a forklift intermittently throughout the day, moving bags of colorant and other materials within the facility, and supporting machine operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment and be comfortable working in a physically demanding and powder-heavy setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate a forklift to transport product throughout the facility (on and off throughout the day)
• Move bags of product to mixers and adjust machinery as needed
• Lift and load 50 lb bags of product into machines
• Perform manual tasks such as digging out product and transferring it into boxes
• Adjust straps on colorant bags and ensure proper machine setup
• Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in a dusty, powder-filled environment

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00 / hr.
