RESPONSIBILITIES :

• Draft and negotiate sales agreements for ’s subscription business lines, media service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, strategic partnership agreements, publicity releases, and case study approvals in support of ’s Sales and Marketing teams
• Provide daily legal support to the Sales and Marketing teams concerning contractual obligations, intellectual property rights, and privacy rules and regulations in conjunction with the Product Legal team
• Provide ongoing legal training to the Sales team on contractual, privacy, and compliance issues
• Partner with ’s Revenue Recognition, Sales Process and Order Management, Tax, and Credit & Collections, and other stakeholder teams to ensure agreements are consistent with internal corporate policies and processes
• Partner with Sales and other internal stakeholders throughout the customer lifecycle to ensure customer success and protection of
• Create leverage by identifying and implementing scalable processes to deliver legal services and drive business results : if you see a better way of doing something, implement it
• Help drive and manage the Legal team’s pro bono efforts in Chicago
