Job descriptionExperience : Minimum 5 years as a Nurse Practitioner Preferred : Prior Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) experience strongly preferred Licensure / Certifications : Must hold active NP license and meet hospital credentialing standards
Inpatient BMT Nurse Practitioner Night Shift
Location : Atlanta, GA
Schedule : 3x12-hour shifts per week (7 : 00 PM 7 : 00 AM)
Weekends : Required as part of the regular rotation
Duration : Ongoing need
Setting : Inpatient Bone Marrow Transplant Unit
Position Highlights
Role : Night APP for inpatient BMT service
Responsibilities include :
- Performing physical assessments
- Writing orders and interventions to maintain patient stability
- Responding to critical patient changes
- Communicating with nursing staff and on-call MDs
- Managing admissions and transfers to higher level of care as needed
