A company is looking for an Insurance / Billing Collection Assistant III (Remote) in the Neurology department.
Key Responsibilities
Perform advanced follow-up on insurance billing and collection activities to ensure timely payment of physician charges
Review patient accounts for accuracy and handle inquiries related to insurance and billing
Utilize Epic and other tools for claim submissions and status checks, and assist with training new staff
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent certification
3 years of experience in billing or insurance
No specific certification or professional license required
Associate degree preferred
Experience with claims resolution and medical billing is a plus
