Position Overview

We are seeking a passionate and polished Luxury Retail Sales Consultant to represent Aroma360’s premium Scenting solutions. This individual will deliver an exceptional client experience, drive sales performance, and embody the brand’s commitment to luxury and excellence.

• Key Responsibilities :
• Provide a personalized and consultative sales experience to every client.
• Demonstrate expert knowledge of Aroma360’s products, scent systems, and diffusers.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through follow-ups and service excellence.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards consistent with the brand’s luxury aesthetic.
• Participate in product launches, training sessions, and in-store events.
• Accurately process transactions, manage inventory, and ensure store presentation excellence.
• Qualifications2+ years of experience in luxury retail, Scent / fragrance, or hospitality sales.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and client service skills.
• Strong sense of professionalism, grooming, and attention to detail.
• Passion for luxury brands, design, and sensory experiences.
• Flexible schedule with availability for weekends and holidays.
