Responsibilities :

• Process and monitor accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing and billing.
• Perform collection activities to manage outstanding balances and ensure timely payments.
• Analyze financial data and generate reports to support decision-making.
• Handle prepaids and credit-related tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Execute ad hoc projects to address specific business needs.
• Maintain detailed and organized records to ensure compliance and accuracy.
• Utilize advanced Excel functions, such as V-Lookups and Pivot Tables, for data analysis.
• Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients to resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve accounts receivable processes.
• Ensure all financial activities align with company policies and procedures.
