Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

Location : Patten, ME

Schedule : Monday-Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM (negotiable)

Job Summary :

We are looking for a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Primary Care team in Patten, ME . This position offers a Monday to Friday schedule with negotiable hours . You will work closely with other healthcare providers to deliver comprehensive care to patients of all ages.

Responsibilities :

Assess patient health, provide diagnoses, and recommend treatment plans.

Collaborate with physicians to provide primary care services.

Manage chronic diseases and provide preventive care.

Educate patients and families on health management.

Qualifications :

Licensed as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Maine

Experience in primary care or a similar clinical setting

Strong patient care and communication skills
