What You’ll Actually Do as the Mortgage Loan Officer Recruiter : Recruit experienced loan officers through networking, referrals, and targeted outreach.

Hold consultative conversations about compensation, production goals, and growth potential, turning complex financial topics into meaningful dialogue.

Partner with senior leadership to meet aggressive recruiting and production goals tied to nationwide expansion.

Manage candidate pipelines through CRM tools, track activity, and follow through from first contact to onboarding.

Collaborate with business development and leadership teams to refine recruiting strategies and deliver measurable results.

What You’ll Need to Succeed as the Mortgage Loan Officer Recruiter : 3+ years in mortgage recruiting, loan origination, or financial sales.

Understanding of loan rates, mortgage economics, and compensation structures — or the ability to learn them quickly.

Confident communicator with a natural ability to build rapport and influence decisions.

Competitive, self-driven, and able to thrive in a high-energy, growth-focused environment.

Why This Role Fits Your Life : Employment Type : Direct Hire Schedule : 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM, Monday–Friday (occasional after-hours calls for candidate convenience) Salary / Pay : Roughly $80,000–$100,000 base + tailored bonus and commission structure Location : On-site in Plymouth, MI (open to out of state candidates open to 10-20% travel) Benefits : Medical, dental, and vision insurance; 401(k); 15 days PTO; paid holidays; family-oriented, high-performance culture with regular company events and recognition trips
